This is a space where insight emerges without force — through attention, presence, and small moments that continue to resonate beyond the session itself.

Writing from an honest, embodied place reaches layers that cannot be replicated or automated. It carries tone, sensation, and lived experience. When words come from here, they meet others beyond age, norms, or conditions, touching something essentially human.

This is why the work happens together — as a shared and intentional practice shaped by presence, attention, and care.

Each session begins with a brief somatic entry point, accessible to everyone, followed by a balance of guided and open creative writing. A clear, flexible structure leaves ample space for intuition, allowing each session to unfold with its own clarity and direction. No two sessions are the same.

Sharing and dialogue are always optional. What matters most is the quality of listening — first to yourself, and then, if you choose, to the group.

Why I write

(and perhaps what brings you here)

Creative writing allows me to perceive the world differently — to think, feel, and articulate experience with greater clarity. It gives form to what is often sensed before it can be understood.

Writing is a steady, accessible practice. It doesn’t depend on high energy or special conditions; it meets me where I am. Through it, disparate emotional and relational threads begin to connect, and insights that might otherwise fade are given shape and continuity.

Many of my clearest ideas arrive on the page — or shortly after. Writing sharpens my perception and deepens my relationship with intuition, helping me respond to life with more sensitivity, moment by moment, both in the small details and the larger arcs.

It also creates space to encounter the full range of who I am — the familiar parts, as well as those that have been overlooked or unnamed. Through this process, I experience soma: a lived connection between body and mind, grounded in stillness rather than movement.

A recording is provided if you miss a session.

Contribution

This space is supported through a monthly, pay-what-feels-right contribution.

You’re invited to choose an amount between 33€ and 55€, based on your circumstances.
As a reference, 44€ per month comes to 11€ per session.
