Discover The Transformative Power of Narrative Therapy
Experience what becomes possible when you reclaim the story of your own life. Upcoming workshop, women’s circle, and the course — April 2026.
Reclaiming Your Life’s Narrative
Learn to recognise and work with the unconscious patterns shaping your choices and direction. Step out of inherited scripts and consciously shape the path you want to live.
Discover the restorative power of consciously engaging with your own life story. This six-week course offers a guided exploration of narrative work as a way to integrate experience, foster creative agency, and develop psychological depth. You will learn practices that can be incorporated into your daily life or used with clients.
Moving beyond writing as a technique, the course focuses on examining the inherited family, cultural, and social narratives that shape how you see yourself and your reality — and on learning how to reshape them with intention.
Grounded in depth psychology, we explore how plunging into unconscious material helps loosen fixed identities and expand inner freedom. You will reflect on your lived experience through the lens of the Hero’s Journey and identify key archetypal forces — such as the Seeker or the Sage — that influence your psyche and decision-making. Poetry and reflective language are used as practical tools to transform pain into purpose and integrate the shadow.
This course offers a space to observe, articulate, and integrate your story, offering lasting practices and insight to support your personal growth.
Weekly Overview
-
Identify the narratives shaping your life — inherited family stories, cultural assumptions, and personal beliefs. Work with language as a practical tool to shift how you understand your experience, moving from unconscious repetition toward conscious choice.
-
Explore the Hero’s Journey as an archetypal map to wholeness and individuation. Examine how the Hero’s Journey quietly shapes our understanding of challenge, uncertainty, shadow, breakthrough, and transformation in everyday life.
-
Explore how archetypes operate within the psyche and shape behavior. Identify which archetypal forces you integrate or repress, and learn how to expand your inner range.
-
An introduction to poetry as a vessel for working with psychic material. Poetry is defined by honesty rather than form; nothing lies outside its reach. Through poetic language, we learn to transform pain into purpose and reclaim authorship of our own narrative.
-
Using poetry to work with fear and develop a more conscious relationship with the shadow. You will learn creative practices and writing exercises that support a healthier engagement with both the shadow and the unconscious.
-
How can what you’ve learned be brought into everyday life? This final week focuses on integration and on consciously taking authorship of your own life moving forward.
