Chus Cartes is the founder of The Regenerative Hum Institute, an educational and experiential platform advancing the future of regenerative living and leadership. After almost two decades shaping global communications for iconic brands — and nearly a decade of deep spiritual immersion — she has also devoted years to studying human behaviour, decision-making, and regenerative principles. She now helps leaders, founders, and practitioners — including coaches, facilitators, and therapists — navigate transition, burnout, loss of clarity, and purpose-redesign through a regenerative approach.
Regenerative Education
The Regenerative Hum Institute offers a new kind of education for leaders, founders, and practitioners in coaching, facilitation, and therapeutic work who support personal growth and the expansion of human consciousness. Through experiential learning and grounded tools, it helps professionals integrate regenerative principles into their own practice and partners with organisations to cultivate healthier, clearer, and more vital ways of leading and collaborating.
