The book — forthcoming 2026

I am currently researching and writing my first book on regenerative leadership.

The book is written as a narrative work, grounded in real situations and practical examples, offering an original contribution to the field of regenerative leadership.

The book explores how leadership changes when human consciousness becomes part of the conversation: how we design organisations, make decisions, relate to power, and define success when life itself is treated as a living system rather than a machine to optimise.

It draws on years of practice working with leaders, founders, and organisations navigating moments of transition, complexity, and redefinition. Rather than offering motivation or formulas, the book proposes a different way of seeing leadership — one that restores capacity, responsibility, and long-term viability at individual, relational, and organisational levels.

It brings together lived experience, contemporary regenerative leadership thinking, and universal wisdom — from science to mysticism — to explore how people and organisations can lead and operate as living systems, with clarity, responsibility, and long-term viability.

The book will be published in late 2026.
