Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Whether you choose our individual coaching sessions, Eye-Gazing meditation, quantum healing, our Women's Circles, or spiritual mentorship programs, we deeply care about providing you with a space that honors your needs and energy.
For us, flexibility and commitment go hand in hand. We’ve created this policy so that you can enjoy the experience stress-free, with clear expectations and the support you deserve.
Individual Coaching Sessions, Eye-Gazing Meditation, and Quantum Healing
We know that life can interrupt at any moment. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this time frame, we’ll be happy to arrange a new date for you.
If you are unable to notify us within this period, the session will be considered completed, as each reserved spot is exclusively for you.
Coaching and Mentorship Programs (3 and 6-Month Packages)
Our long-term coaching programs, mentorship, meditations, and quantum healing are deeply transformational. Therefore, we ask for mutual commitment to make the most of the experience. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to offer you flexibility.
For this reason, we offer the possibility to reschedule your sessions within 15 days of the original date. However, to get the most out of your experience, we encourage you to stay committed to the session schedule. If you need to make adjustments beyond this, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to support you and find the best solution.
Rescheduling (Waba-Sabi Women's Circle)
For our individualized sessions and Women's Circle Waba-Sabi packages, we also offer the option to reschedule your session within 15 days of the original date. This option is available only once, so you can find a new time that better fits your schedule.
The available rescheduling dates and times are:
Mondays at 8:00 AM (CET)
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM (CET)
If you are unable to attend the newly scheduled time, the session will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled again. Our commitment is to ensure that your time and that of all participants is respected and honored.
Refunds
Due to the personalized and transformational nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has started, whether it’s an individual session, part of a coaching package, or a healing program.
However, we want to ensure that your experience is enriching. If you decide not to continue with the program before it is completed, we’re here to discuss possible alternatives and find solutions that best suit your needs.
